We want all of our customers to be taken care of. If you receive a damaged product, you have 24-48 hrs after receiving the product to contact Ounsa Beauty. Email us at email@example.com with pictures of the broken item as well as your packing slip. Once we receive this information, you will receive an email with further instructions. We are not responsible for shipping cost to reship.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products has been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of store credit.
